1. Sink your teeth into the Big Data – yes there ocean’s of data out there. If you’re using a CRM platform, dive deep into that and start taking advantage of that.
2. Content marketing – a definite must in my opinion. Nothing annoys me more than seeing content that is all price point with hardly any compelling benefits. Seen enough of that when marketing for automotive dealerships back in the day. Compelling content is key if you want your target audience to engage and act.
3. Marketing automation – its all about lead nurturing and efficiencies. There are many digital marketing agencies that can help you with this and I highly recommend it if you don’t have the time or the knowledge (or both) to effectively roll this out. Some of the things your digital strategist will tell you are the types of automation, typical customer lifecycle versus ideal customer lifecycle and strategies for lead nurturing.
